The framing of the Garage doors finishes 45mm x 95mm OR 70mm x 95mm and is made from joinery grade, sustainably sourced Sapele OR Iroko.
All Garage doors are glued using waterproof wood glue.
The Garage doors are framed, ledged and braced where necessary and the bracing finishes 1” x 4” OR 2” x 4” depending on your frame size.
Our frame joints employ “Mortise and tenon joints” which are glued and doweled for extra strength and durability.
Clad with heavy duty custom made 15mm x 125mm finish T&G match boarding for extra strength and durability
