Description
The framing of the garage doors finishes at 55mm x 95mm and is crafted from joinery-grade, sustainably sourced Sapele or Iroko. All doors are constructed using waterproof wood glue and are framed, ledged, and braced where necessary, with bracing finishing at 36mm. The frame joints utilise traditional mortise and tenon construction, which are both glued and dowelled to ensure maximum strength and durability. Each door is clad with heavy-duty, custom-made 15mm x 125mm tongue and groove match boarding for added robustness. A superior weather protection system is available, and optional personalisation can be added with custom CNC lettering and numbers. Custom sizes are also available upon request.
Treatment Options
Osmo oil is our standard treatment option for hardwood gates. It helps protect against UV damage and rot. This treatment is not included in the base price and is available as an optional add-on. If you choose to purchase the treatment from us, we will professionally apply it to your gates before delivery, saving you the time and effort.
